How long before my order is shipped?
All pre-orders/reserves will be shipped on or before each release date, which for the Crossover Elite I will be this fall. Orders for any in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Are the shoes authentic?
Yes, all shoes are guaranteed to be 100% Authentic. There are currently no other sellers or producers of Crossover Kicks merchandise.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order up until the item(s) has been shipped.
Can I exchange or return my order?
All sales are final and no returns are allowed, exchanges will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
